Electric Blues Club
Sunday Sessions Live Music Archive

Thanks to your efforts, funding for the Sunday Sessions was granted for 2012 and the bands were booked! We no longer organise the annual FREE event but would like to thank everyone who participated. The following pages are dedicated to the bands who performed at the parks and events that we organised and the wonderful audience who supported us for so many years.

The Electric Blues Club used to organise live music on Sunday afternoons at Broomfield Park every August in conjunction with Enfield Council. Each week had a different 'vibe', Pop/Soul, Traditional New Orleans Jazz, Folk, Rock and Blues. People came from far and wide bringing picnics to share with friends and family whilst enjoying some great live music throughout the afternoon at the Bandstand and help to support local musicians and local charities. We continued the tradition of a completely FREE NON PROFIT, NON COMMERCIAL live music weekends from the Musicians Union who founded the annual tradition and during our years organising the events are proud to say that even though entry was free all the bands were paid by the Club Organiser without ever resorting to passing the hat or charging stall holders.

As some of you are aware, we have supported several charities over the years including the Multiple Sclorosis, Parkinsons Disease and Pancreatic Cancer Societies so would ask you to please continue to support all these charities by telling friends about their cause, placing a link on your website or social networking page and/or making a donation directly to their organisation:
